Apply Online for DSPS Services
1. Apply to SBCC
You must be a currently admitted student to apply for DSPS services. Complete your enrollment online.
2. Apply Online to DSPS
A. Log in to your SBCC Student Pipeline Account
B. Select the Student tab
C. Select Student Resources
D. Locate and Select DSPS Student Online Portal
E. Complete and submit the DSPS Application. There is an option to upload your disability documentation directly with the application.
3. Obtain Disability Documentation
Disability documentation is generally a diagnostic statement, made by a qualified professional that identifies the nature of the condition and the resulting functional limitations. Examples include public school testing and documents that identify disability and accommodations. Please use our available Student Disability Verification Form to assist you with obtaining disability documentation from professionals. NOTE: The fillable form works best when you use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer browsers.
4. Submit Disability Documentation
If you are unable to upload your documentation with your DSPS Application, please submit your documents by fax, mail or deliver in person.

5. Attend an Intake Appointment
Once you have submitted your documentation you may call DSPS at 805-730-4164 to schedule an intake appointment.
